There are parts of the fights that are pretty much a game of chance and even when you do fight a boss, it is a very simple pattern that you have to figure out. Dragon Ball Z Tenkaichi Tag Team Psp Iso is a 3D fighting game that plays more or less just like the PS2 Tenkaichi games except the battles can be done in 2 vs 2 arena matches. All of the characters despite their moves looking different play pretty much the same. Look, I enjoy this game, but I will admit right now that this is a very, very shallow fighting game. It does make people say that Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi is more style over substance (and they are right to be fair) however, fans of the show will love how faithful this game is to the show. Back in 2011 no other Dragon Ball Z game that came before it looked as good as this. I feel like I am saying “at the time of release” or something else like that a lot in this review! However, I feel that is the best way to describe it. It is pretty basic, but at the time I thought this was awesome and it was something new to the series.
